Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

When purchasing an order under €50, the delivery charge would of €5. When purchasing an order over €50, delivery would be free. Pick up is also available free of charge.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
 Products must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Certain items, such as personal care or hygiene products, cannot be returned once opened for safety reasons.
